Toastmasters International is the premier organization dedicated to enhancing communication and leadership skills. With 14,000 clubs and 270,000 members across 150 countries, Toastmasters has rightfully earned the title of “Where Leaders Are Made.” In District 26, which encompasses Colorado and Wyoming, we proudly support 122 clubs and over 2,300 members.

Each year, we host an annual conference that unites our district’s members for professional and personal development, officer training, and the International Speech Contest.

We invite you to join us as a Sponsor and/or Donor for our 2025 Annual Conference, taking place at the Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs on May 2, 3, and 4, 2025. This event presents a wonderful chance to network and showcase your business. We expect impressive attendance at this in-person-only conference!

Below are the various sponsorship, donation, and advertisement options designed to accommodate your budget and visibility preferences. By participating in our 2025 Annual Conference Program, you will assist Colorado and Wyoming Toastmasters in reaching more members while also gaining valuable exposure for your company.   • Two tickets to the full district conference Friday and Saturday ($300 value) PLUS
  • Two tickets to the Train the Trainer session on Sunday, including breakfast ($120 value)
  • Full-page advertisement in the Conference Program ($175 value).
  • Name/Logo displayed on sponsorship page of the Conference Program ($35 value)
  • Display table to promote your business. Please note that you are allowed to sell your product(s) during all non-general session times throughout each day of the conference. During the other times, the table can remain unattended with complimentary information available for our members.
  • Opportunity to provide materials and/or unique promotional items for the Conference “welcome” bags.
  • Company name and logo displayed on Conference Website.

2025 District 26 Annual Conference Sponsorship, Donor and Advertisement Form

**IMPORTANT NOTICE** District 26 is utilizing the Zeffy Platform for our Conference to eliminate the PayPal processing fees that are typically incurred by our attendees. The Zeffy platform requests donations at checkout instead of charging processing fees, allowing non-profit organizations like Toastmasters International to use it for free. This approach ensures that District 26 retains 100% of ticket sales without having to cover processing costs. Donations to Zeffy are **NOT** mandatory. If you prefer not to contribute, please adjust the donation percentage to 0% at checkout. **IMPORTANT NOTICE**
