Join Us for the Online Spring District Council Meeting
Virtually via Zoom on Sunday, April 27 at 5:00 PM. Pre-registration is required. Deadline to Register – 5:00 PM on April 26 to allow Credentials Team to prepare voting data.
This is our Annual Business Meeting, where the slate of new District 26 officers for the 2025-2026 program year will be elected. In addition, the realignment of clubs into areas and divisions for the 2025-2026 program year will be adopted.
If you are using your work email and will not have access to it on Sunday, please re-register with an email address that you can access and inform the credentials chair, Beth, at beth[at]bethboaz.com about the change. Be sure to complete this by the 5:00 PM deadline on Saturday, April 26. This will guarantee that you receive your ballots from Election Runner, our D26 voting platform.

Every club in our District is entitled to two (2) votes, one each from the Club President and Vice President of Education for all clubs in good standing — meaning that there are eight paid members. District Leadership, Club Presidents, and Club Vice Presidents of Education are eligible to vote.

The clubs’ voting representatives (Club President and VP Education) may now assign a proxy to the other so that only one of the two must be present to ensure both of a club’s votes are cast. Proxies cannot be assigned to any other club member.

District Executive Committee members are entitled to one vote and may cast up to two additional votes as a Club President or Vice President Education.
